5 pound Five Marys Farms pork butt
Kosher salt and pepper to taste
Set the grill to 250 degrees. Rub the pork with kosher salt and cracked black pepper. Cook 4 hours. Remove the meat and wrap tightly in heavy duty foil. Add 1/2 cup water to the pack. Return to the grill for an additional 4 hours. Allow to rest 15-20 minutes before shredding.
