8 oz smoked mozzarella cheese; shredded
8 oz provolone cheese; shredded
½ cup finely grate Parmesan cheese
8 oz package of cream cheese; softened
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 loaf of Italian bread; cut into ¼” slices and grilled
1 clove of garlic
2 Roma tomatoes; diced
1 tablespoon fresh parsley; chopped
- Preheat your grill to 450ºF. In a large bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients. Lightly coat your cast iron skillet with olive oil and pour the cheese mixture into the dish. Bake for 15 minutes until all the cheese is melted, bubbling and slightly browned on top.
- Meanwhile, put the bread slices directly on the grill during the last 5 minutes of baking. Once it comes out take a peeled clove of garlic and gently rub one side of the bread to get a nice garlicky flavor.
- Garnish the dip with diced tomato and parsley, serve immediately!
